Lunch is still a thought as you settle into your suite carved from ice—don’t worry, thermal gear and heated spaces have you covered. Tonight’s gourmet dinner is served Arctic-style, in courses full of foraged flair.

After breakfast, the Arctic morning is yours to take in slowly—ice crunching underfoot, breath hanging in air. In the afternoon, meet the Sámi and their antlered companions for a reindeer sled ride and stories shared by firelight.

Lunch comes in the form of suovas—smoked reindeer—served inside a lavvu tent. You’ll sip coffee as folk tales drift between flames. Once you’ve fed, petted, and thanked the reindeer, return to your hotel.
