About the Trip

The Irish write poetry and the British build empires, we’re pretty sure you have heard this somewhere or the other. This journey shows you how beautifully those two worlds collide. From the sharp suits of London’s royal mile to the rugged cliffs and rebel charm of the Emerald Isle, this trip is stitched together with stories. You’ll trace Roman walls in York, cruise through misty lochs in the Highlands, and sip coffee where revolutions were whispered. Cities unfold like chapters, each with its own voice, but with one thread running through: elegance without arrogance, history without hurry. The Isles don’t shout, they let their tales linger, quietly unforgettable.

Welcome to London | Where Old Stones Meet New Stories

London

Touch down in London, the city that never forgets its past, because it’s built right into the pavements.

After you’re transferred to the hotel, the afternoon is yours to ease into the rhythm of red buses and timeless landmarks. Peek into a pub, wander by the Thames, or just let the jet lag melt away in a park.

In the evening, check the welcome boards at reception for the details ahead. London doesn’t need to rush, you’ll see, it always waits for its guests.

London: Royal Streets & River Scenes

London

Start your day with a proper British breakfast, the kind that fuels centuries of tradition. Then it’s off on a guided tour: Big Ben, Westminster, the City, the Thames, all wrapped in regal grandeur and modern bustle.

Post-lunch, you’ll have free time or take an optional detour to the Windsor Castle and the idyllic Thames Valley. Come evening, we gather at Piccadilly and wander past the buzz of Chinatown and Soho.

After dinner, return to the hotel to rest like a local, deeply and without fuss.

London to Durham: Halls of Learning & Echoes of Empire

Durham

After breakfast, the road north beckons, first stop, Cambridge, where ivy climbs the walls of centuries-old colleges.

You’ll have time for lunch in this scholarly haven before heading to York, where Roman roots meet Gothic spires. Stroll the medieval lanes or just take it all in with a coffee. By evening, we arrive in Durham, crowned by its UNESCO-listed cathedral and a castle that keeps watch over the cobbled streets.

Dinner tonight is history-flavoured and well earned.

Around midday, we reach Edinburgh, a city where every stone has a story. A panoramic guided tour lets you absorb its layered past, from royal intrigue to literary legacies.

After dinner, settle in for a night in a city that never runs out of tales.

Dinner and rest follow in Scotland’s grittiest, warmest city. Note: From Nov 15 to Feb-end, itinerary changes: includes Pitlochry distillery visit, Stirling Castle (with lunch stop), a photo-op with The Kelpies, and an earlier arrival in Glasgow.
